SB 585 - Bill To Ban Cow Palace Gun Shows Passes Out Senate Appropriations Commitee

Senate Bill 585 has passed a vote in the Senate Appropriations Committee, and advances now to the Senate floor for a full vote. The time has not come for action by every citizen of California who supports gun rights: contact your state Senator to oppose this bill.

Thanks for blogging on these issues. SB 585 is political correctness gone mad and Leno ought to have his liberal ass kicked up between his shoulders. Seems OK to hold raves, have youngsters OD in the parking lot at the CP, drinking, open sex and brawls is a first Amendment right according to the CP reps. Apparently the 2nd Amendment doesn't carry any weight with these gutless libs!!

You're welcome. Of course the 2nd Amendment does not carry any weight, not that is applies in this case (see Nordyke v. King). Are you a California resident? If so, what are YOU going to do about this?

We won! I know I wrote my letters. Leno can go to hell, and can take Ira Ruskin (our rep who wanted to raise taxes on businesses this year rather than reduce gov't spending) with him.
